What is Holo Daily Collagen?
Holo Daily Collagen is a liquid collagen product packed in daily doses / sticks for a convenient daily supplement of collagen. Each pack contains 30 sticks/daily doses and will last for one month.
Alternatives of how to buy Holo Daily Collagen
- “Holo Daily Collagen - 90 days to go” – This is a starter package that gives you 90 days (three months) supply of Holo Collagen - 3 packs with 30 sticks at once.
- “Holo Daily Collagen - Starter Pack 30 days” – This pack is one month’s daily dose of collagen 1 pack with 30 sticks.
All Holo orders are packed as a package of 30 daily sticks. Each package contains one month’s supply of collagen (30-day packs).
After your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. Your delivery will reach your mailbox within 14 days after we have received your order. The shipment is sent as a letter to your home address and has a size that is narrow enough to fit in your mailbox and through most mail slots.
Large packages for example the “3 month package” may go to your local pick up point as it will be too large to fit in your mailbox.
Should the package arrive at the post office and not be picked up after notification, Holo reserves the right to charge the customer for our costs. These costs correspond to the actual costs of returning the package, a service fee and handling. In case of a delivery delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost, unless you accept a new suggested delivery time. If Holo cannot fix the error within a reasonable time period, and delivery time is essential, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase.
All prices include VAT and are valid until further notice.
Postage is free. Currently we ship to Sweden.
Our offers are only valid for persons over 18 years of age.
Right of withdrawal
According to Swedish law ”Distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler” (2005:59) you have the right to withdrawal (cancel) by informing customer service within 14 days of receiving your product. Withdrawal/cancellation is only possible when the product is not used or opened, for Holo collagen this means that the 30 day package cannot be opened or partially used.
If using the right to withdrawal the product in the condition described above should be sent back to Holo on the address above within 30 days. If the return is approved your payment will be adjusted.
You have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of receiving the product. Do contact Customer Service via email firstname.lastname@example.org before you make the return. The customer pays the return postage. If the return is approved, we will refund your money within 14 days.
Complaints must be made as soon as the damage or error is detected. Point out any defects within a reasonable period of time. The right to claim ends by law three years after the customer has received the goods or when the expiration date has been passed. In case of a dispute that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes). Estoril AB always follows their recommendations.
Returns may not be sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery) or collect. The customer must contact Holo before the claim is submitted at email@example.com . If approved, Holo pays for the shipping and return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, the customer will be charged SEK 80 for shipping back to customer.

As a customer, you have the right to have your money refunded within 30 days of the date your complaint reaches us.

As a Holo customer you approve that we use several ways of keeping in touch with you, for example e-mail, direct marketing and sms. The reason we do this to be able to give you the best possible customer experience.
If you no longer wish for us to send you newsletters or direct marketing just contact Customer service and we will adapt the communication according to your wish.
